About our Online Courses
I designed Self-Mastery to give people the opportunity to do what few ever do, look back on your life, take stock, and make decisions for how you want to be in the future. This is the foundation programme before any further programmes on spiritual development. Why did I do it this way? If your mind and life are so full of inner discord then the voice of soul will find it difficult to be heard, so the start point is 'making room'.
If you can identify with any of the following statements then Self-Mastery might be for you:-
- you have a head full of chatter and can't switch off
- you constantly criticise yourself or others outwardly or in your mind
- you want other people to change so that you will feel alright
- you worry about what others think about you
- you find it hard to make decisions
- you are easily swayed by other people
- you tend to people please, because you want to be liked
- you don't really know "who you are" at your core
- you have no direction in life
- you feel unhappy and don't know why
Feedback on Self-Mastery
This programme, its meditations and exercises have helped me to realise what is important to me and what I no longer need in my life, whilst I had an idea of what this might be before taking part, The Programme has helped me to look inside myself and acknowledge any behaviour or habits that are holding me back. I have learnt how to recognise and change old outlived patterns of behaviour and thoughts that keep me in a fixed place. I feel that I am a calm person, but I now experience a new calmness which feels deeper.
I feel energised to move forward, with a plan, for ‘my new story’ towards becoming what I imagine.
I highly recommend the amazing Self Mastery programme, I will definitely share my knowledge about this course and help to take forward Heather’s vision to start a ripple and create a wave. "

"I think the programme is a wonderful opportunity to get to know and understand yourself and what makes you tick. It also provides tools to use such as journaling. This was a first for me and I did struggle with journaling in the beginning, however I have stuck with it and have found it useful to do this after prayer in the morning as it consolidates what I’ve read and how I’m feeling. Whether that’s the right way to use the process of journaling I don’t know, but it works for me.
The programme is set out in a lovely format and I particularly like the workbook, you’ve clearly put a lot of thought into this process and you definitely got it right. Your expertise comes across clearly and it’s been lovely to learn from your experience and research, learning for me has taken place in a gentle and nurturing manner.
